We provide AI-assisted tools to generate scripts, social posts, captions, and related marketing content. Output is provided "as is" and should be reviewed by you before publishing.
3. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content
- Abuse API limits, scrape the service, or attempt unauthorized access
- Resell or redistribute the service without permission
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-written where disclosure is legally required
5. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Free tiers include monthly generation limits. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support for billing disputes.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights to content you create using our tools, subject to applicable law and third-party AI provider terms. Our brand, software, and website content remain our property.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of AI-generated content, including lost revenue or platform penalties.
